Lily and I flew up to Long Island last weekend for a 24-hour visit. My mom flew up from Florida, and Lee came out from the city. Mary B. had a combined graduation party for Mike and Kate. The weather was fantastic and it was wonderful seeing family. And the food - my god!
The Ladies.
We need a hammock in our own backyard.
Timmy and Steph
Paella: Before.
Paella: After. Kudos to Jeff, the non-Spaniard, for having become the family's best paella maker. Mary really outdid herself on the rest of the food. The appetizers were amazing, and she made 96 cupcakes of 5 different varieties.
Super-elastic bubble plastic.
Aunt Mary and Mom playing beer pong. Well, not really but it's funny to imagine it.
The Baldwins. A million thanks for the party!
We drove by our first house, on Avenue A in Holbrook. I don't remember it being so small and so close to the street.
And we drove by our old Cutchogue house. Lee and I used to jump over those trees!
